This checks for Anemia, Glucose/Diabetes, Kidney & Liver function, Fluids and Electrolytes, Lipids Panel/Cholesterol, Thyroid Stimulating Hormone. Can add B12, Vit D for extra.

How it Works

No extra fee, you just pay what the labs charge me.

1.  Fill the first Intake here and indicate what labs you want.  I'll text/email the cost and payment link - Square or Venmo.

2. Next day you go to a Quest/LabCorp lab near you to draw blood. Quest will have all your information, no need to pay or do any paperwork there.  This works just like a doctors order, except you go through me.

3. Quest usually email the results the same day. I'll forward and tell you the main findings.  

After that, you can choose to work with me for more guidance/action plans - book consultation from the homepage $100-$120.
